additional services

 

 

addressing service—  we will address your envelopes with your return & delivery addresses in a hand written font of your selection.  fees are based on the number of invitations: 

  • there is a one time flat set up fee of  $75.00 for the initial set up of your mailing list.  We will continue to manage your list for your thank you cards, holiday mailings or future baby announcements.  Edits to the list will be completed at $0.50 per entry.

  • there is a flat set up fee of $50.00 per mailing, envelopes are then addressed at $0.50 each

 

hand addressing service fees are also based on the number of invitations.

 

  •  there is no set up fee—envelopes are addressed at $1.75 per envelope.

 

assembly—we are happy to assemble your invitation package for you.  Your invitations will be delivered to you in their mailing envelope ready for postage. 

 

  • there is a fee of $0.30 per invitation package. This assembly only includes inserting your invitation package into your envelopes.  This assembly rate does not include assembly multi-layer invitations.  That is part of a custom design package and will be quoted with the package. 

 

postage—if we are addressing your envelopes for you we will be happy to even apply your postage for you, you can choose your postage from the us post office or we can have custom postage printed for you to match your design. 

 

  • there is no charge for this service, the amount of the postage will be included in your invoice

 

list management—  once your list is on file with us we can continue to address your envelopes for you from the beginning of your event through your thank you notes and beyond—we can utilize it for holidays, we’ve moved and  maybe even baby announcements.

 

  • there is a flat set up fee of $75.00 per mailing, envelopes are then addressed at $0.50 each

 

rsvp services— again through our business greeting program software & staff we can manage your guest list for your rsvps.  your guests may rsvp by telephone using our toll free number, online through a custom website, by email to your personal perfect pear email or by mail, we will have your reply cards sent to our rsvp po box. 

 

  • there is no set up fee if we are managing your guest list.  For clients that we are not managing there is a 1 time set up fee of $75.00, edits of additional recipients are completed at $0.50 per entry.  If your guest list is on file with us there is no set up fee.

  • the service fee is $1.25 per invitation sent for up to 500.  If you have sent 500 or more invitations the fee will be reduced to $1.10 per invitation.
